Cancellation and Refund Policy
Group Classes and Private Lessons
1. Classes and private lessons must be paid in full prior to the start of the first class.
2. JLC will give a complete tuition refund* if requested within 24 hours of making your payment.
*There is a $50 administration fee charged on all refunds.
3. JLC does not issue refunds requested more than 24 hours after payment is made.
Event tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Tickets may not be applied towards other services.
To reschedule a private lesson, students must notify either their instructor or the school administration 48 hours prior to the start of the class. The missed class will be rescheduled, at the latest, by the last class session. If notification is given within less than 48 hours of the class start, the student will lose the class time.
JLC reserves the right to use a substitute teacher or to cancel a session when the scheduled instructor cannot attend class due to a health issue or an emergency. If a class must be canceled by the instructor or the JLC administration, the session will be rescheduled at the most convenient time for the students.
