Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Classes and private lessons must be paid in full prior to the start of the first class
2. JLC will give complete tuition refunds if requested within 24 hours of making your payment.
There is a $50 administration fee charge.

For our one-time events, participants will not be issued a refund if they can no longer attend the event.
To reschedule a class, students must notify either their instructor or the school administration 48 hours prior to the start of the class. This missing class should be rescheduled, at the latest, by the last scheduled session. If notification is within 48 hours of the class start the student will lose the class. The school reserves the right to use a substitute instructor or cancel a session when the scheduled instructor cannot attend class, either for a health issue or an emergency. If a class must be canceled by the administration, the session will be rescheduled at the most convenient time for the students.
